Electrolysis Ion Exchange Membrane

Electroplating waste water generally contains chromium, zinc, copper, cadmium, lead, nickel and other heavy metal ions, acid, alkali and cyanide and other substances toxic, some also belong to carcinogenic and teratological, mutants toxic substances, so must be carefully treated, otherwise the pollution of the environment will harm the next generation.

 Ion exchange method treat with Electroplating waste water

Refers to the cations used in wastewater by ion exchange resins and the removal of cations. Compared with chemical precipitation method, it has the advantages of low energy consumption and no sludge, but it can't produce high concentration solution to return to the plating bath, and can't remove the organic matter in the cleaning solution, so the treated water can't meet the production supply, even if the water demand. The traditional treatment process ensures compliance with the national level 2 emission standards, but requires in-depth treatment of the emission limits of the new standards.

Electrodialysis method treat with Electroplating waste water

Electrodialysis mainly uses ion exchange membrane or charged membrane, which is only used to treat the main pollution sources of metal ions in electroplating wastewater. The characteristics of electroplating process are:
(1) Pretreatment requires low reverse osmosis;
(2) The primary separation rate of metal ions in reverse osmosis is also low;
(3) The ability of electrodialysis concentrated wastewater to have good anti-permeability;
(4) With the increase of ion concentration in waste water, the power consumption also increases. Generally, scholars at home and abroad believe that it is economical to use electrodialysis ion concentration of 3000-5000ppm in the following electroplating waste water, and reverse osmosis treatment is needed for the waste water with a concentration greater than the above concentration. Over-concentration of electroplating waste water is more beneficial economically through distillation.

   N-41ptfe series composite ion membrane has the property of cationic one-way passage. Due to the use of high-strength ptfe mesh cloth as the support layer, with the most suitable molecular weight and ion exchange capacity of perfluorosulfonic acid resin, it has the characteristics of super chemical resistance and durability.


     Perfluorinated ion membrane n-41ptfe series is a composite perfluorinated ion membrane H type of perfluorinated sulfonic acid produced by korun company by steel strip casting method. Perfluorinated ionic membrane as the separation of Yin and Yang in all kinds of cell and battery very solid electrolyte, membrane has the property of unidirectional by cation, and because of the high strength as support layer ptfe mesh cloth, with the most appropriate molecular weight and ion exchange capacity of perfluorinated sulfonic acid resin, N-41 series compound perfluorinated ionic membrane has the characteristics of strong chemical resistance and durability. It is widely used in chlor-alkali industry, hydrogen production by electrolysis water, chlorine dioxide generator, amino acid refining, gold salt preparation, copper recovery by etching solution, electroplating and other fields.

Description: the supply size of the film is based on dry film products, at 23℃ and 50% relative humidity. The humidity and temperature of the air will affect its size. Film packaging, the use of the volume, less than the volume of no core, a larger number of containing the core. Since the size of perfluorinated ion films will change under different temperature and humidity,  perfluorinated ion films are all protected by hard protective film to facilitate the stability of MEA spraying and size reduction. The outer packing is packed in plastic drums or hard cartons.

Recovery and Treatment:


As the product will volatilize toxic and harmful substances during incineration, it can be disposed by landfill method. Incineration should be allowed only if the incinerator can remove hydrogen fluoride and other acid combustion products. The disposal of this product must comply with local laws and regulations.
