FEP moulded rod and extrusion rod 

Moulded rod : Dia 3-100mm x100-200mm length
Extrusion rod: Dia 10mm -100mm x L1000-2000mm

FEP rod is manufactured by extruding method with FEP resin. FEP rod(FEP welding rod, FEP welding rope) have excellent adhesive with PTFE, good heat resistance and chemical resistance.Not sticky, water, oil proof, non 

inflammability, also it’s insulation.

   Application :

  FEP rod is used for anticorrosion, sealing, anti-wear, insulation parts, anti-stick, light-transmitting parts, capacitor insulation and anti-corrosion parts, pump head, pump head, valve fittings, sealing parts with high temperature and anti-corrosion parts, suitable for making anti-corrosion parts, anti-wear parts, sealing parts, insulating parts and medical equipment parts. PFA bar material for acid resistant and pickling equipment

Characteristic

1. High and low temperature preservation

2. -200~200°C high temperature intensity better than F4

3. No-begriming ,and no-stagnant in tube

5. Under 60HZ—60MHZ high and low temperature , permittivity is 2.1

6. If firing, and will still insulate

9. Under high temperature, fluorin and alkali will reaction with PFA, no reaction with other acid.

10. Low water absorption<0.01%

11. No firing in air( oxygen index>95 vol.%)
