12.5um to 500um FEP Dielectrica Fireproof Nontoxic film

FEP not only has similar properties to ptfe, but also has good machining properties of thermoplastic. Therefore, it makes up for the shortage of the processing difficulty of ptFE, making it a substitute material for PTFE. FEP has excellent heat resistance, low friction, non-viscosity and lubricity, chemical resistance, thermal stability and electrical insulation. FEP is widely used in electrical, electronic, chemical, aviation, machinery and other industrial sectors, as well as rocket, missile, aerospace and other advanced science and technology and national defense industry sectors.

FEP films are used as seals for capacitors, diaphragms, chemical equipment, printing plates and flexible cables in the printing industry. The film can be welded, can be vacuum processed, can be coated with metal, the surface does not need to be activated, under heat and pressure can be bonded with metal and glass cloth.

FEP films are particularly resistant to gas permeability and are therefore used as sensing elements for gas analyzers and as diaphragms isolated from the analyzed gas.
