PFA High Temperature Nontoxic UV resistant Corrugated Pipe
PFA Tube is made from PFA resin and prepared by the technology of thermoplastic extrusion and blowing. It has non-sticking, heat-resistance, aging resistance, corrosive resistance, non-flammability and good electric property. It can besolid adhesive for PTFE and also a good adhesive for laminating various materials. Its working temperature is up to 260 and is an ideal material for circuit board and flat cable.
PFA is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinylether. It is a perfluoro polymer consisting of only carbon atoms and fluorine atoms without any hydrogen atom.
It has the same excellent performance as PTFE in a wide range from extremely low to high temperatures. In addition, it has excellent transparency, mechanical strength at high temperature. It can be molded in the same molding method as general thermoplastic resins.

PFA is both transparent to UV-A and UV-C light and totally resistant to it as well as being temperature resistant. Therefore ,it makes an excellent material for shatter proofing UV lamps used in the food industry where glass free areas are required. Other plastic voerings enbrittle or discolour under the effect of the UV radiation . If the lamp suffers damage ,the glass is contained in teh shrunk on jacket.

Low light transmission loss
Loss of UVA AND UVC light is much less compared with other polymer coatings. For our usual coatings,loss of UVA is arround 4% and UVC is 11%.We know of no other suitable flexible coatings that provide less loss of UV.
