PFA Universal Film Welding Film PFA Electrical Film

PFA films at 260°C (500°F) provide the highest continuous service temperature of any fusible fluoropolymer film. PFA films offer many of PTFE's performance characteristics in a transparent, transparent form, and can be welded, thermoformed, welded, metallized, or laminated to a variety of materials.

We offer two different options for PFA films:

PFA universal film:

Universal PFA films provide excellent dielectric properties, excellent chemical and stress cracking resistance, excellent transparency and weather resistance over a wide range of temperatures and frequencies. The chemical resistance of PFA provides excellent tank lining performance.

Suitable for low and high temperature applications in the range -254°C to 260°C

Application of PFA universal film:

Protective linings, semiconductor packages, compensators, membranes and seals, liquid bags

PFA welding film

PFA welding membranes for mechanical applications are ideal economic solutions for applications that are not aesthetically demanding, such as: B. Application of hot melt adhesive (sweat band).
