PTFE Anticorrosive Fireproof Insulative Low friction sheet

0.03-10mm x 500-2700mm white black ,blue ,red ,green

Tetrafluoro-turning plate has excellent comprehensive function, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, non-adhesion, self-lubrication, excellent dielectric function, very low friction coefficient. Used as engineering plastics, it can be made into PTFE pipe, rod, belt, board, film, etc. It is generally used in corrosion-resistant pipes, vessels, pumps, valves and radar, high frequency communication equipment, radio equipment and so on. The mechanical properties of PTFE can be greatly improved by adding any filler that can withstand the sintering temperature of PTFE. At the same time, maintain other excellent PTFE function. Filled varieties include fiberglass, metal, metallized oxide, graphite, carbon fiber, polyimide, EKONOL... Etc., wear resistance and ultimate PV value can be improved by 1000 times

Application:

F4 cutting boards of application: chemical, petrochemical, refining, alkali, acid, phosphate fertilizer, pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical fiber, dye, coking, coal gas, organic synthesis, non-ferrous smelting, steel, atomic energy and high purity products (e.g., ionic membrane electrolysis), viscous material transportation and operation, highly strict health food, beverages and other production departments.

PTFE moulded sheet : Thickness 5-100mm size: 300-1000x300-2000mm

The maximum size of tetrafluoroethylene board is 2.5 meters. It is made of suspended polytetrafluoroethylene resin through moulding processing. According to the production process, it is divided into two kinds of moulded plate and turning plate. Ptfe has the best chemical corrosion resistance and dielectric properties in known plastics, no aging, no adhesion, can be used at -180℃-+260℃ under no load, it has the lowest friction coefficient in known solid materials

Application:

1.Bridge bearing slide,buiding slide ,vehicle slide;
2.lubricate bearings, piston rings, oil seals, seals and other machinery,
3.filling different materials to enhance performance of the desired area according to requirements of customers.

PTFE sheet with filler can be done .

Fillers: Glass Fiber/Carbon/Bronze/Graphite for option

Features

1. Non-adhesion: almost all materials are not bonded with PTFE coating film. Very thin films also show good inadhesion.

2, heat resistance: ptFE film has excellent heat resistance and low temperature resistance characteristics. It can withstand high temperature to 300℃ in a short time, and can be used continuously between 240℃~260℃ in general, with significant thermal stability, it can work at the freezing temperature without embrittlement, and does not melt at high temperature.

3. Sliding property: PTFE film has a low friction coefficient. The friction coefficient changes when the load slides, but the value is only between 0.05 and 0.15.

4, moisture resistance: PTFE coating surface does not touch water and oil, production operation is not easy to touch the solution, if there is a small amount of dirt, simply wipe can be removed. Short downtime saves time and improves work efficiency.

5. Wear resistance: excellent wear resistance under high load. Under a certain load, it has the dual advantages of wear resistance and non-adhesion.

6, corrosion resistance:ptfe is almost not subject to drug erosion, can withstand in addition to molten alkali metal, fluoride media and higher than 300℃ sodium hydroxide all strong acid (including aqua aqua), strong oxidant, reducing agent and various solvents, can protect parts from any kind of chemical corrosion.
