General description

JP XE G180 PET FILM is a high quality, embossable, gloss surface hard coated polyester film, a long life film for devices of our door . Film supplied as sheets or rolls, with or without protective films.

 The coating significantly enhances the chemical resistance and anti UV properties, which is suitable for outdoor device membrane switch, name plate , its flexibility allows IMD art. The printing side is well accept solvent ink and uv ink, screen printing suggested, some digital printing method is also fine but need to test before decide. Film is optimized for a range of applications requiring a combination of high abrasion resistance and flexibility.

Versions using special heat stabilized polyester film with a typical residual shrinkage of < 0.3% @ 150°C are also available for demanding applications.
